Applications for our Diamond Coatings and Diamond Electrodes

With our diamond electrodes we produce ozone from water. With ozone surfaces can be disinfected in an environmentally friendly way. Applications range from disinfecting food and coffee machines to cleaning ballast water of ships.

The EAOP® process developed by us enables the removal of toxic substances and various organic and inorganic contaminants without the addition of chemicals.

With our EAOP® process, particles and metals are removed much better in cleaning baths in the semiconductor industry. Another application is green chemistry.

In addition to electrodes, we also coat other substrates, such as the mechanical seals shown in the photo. The coating improves the surface structure, which significantly reduces wear. Our big advantage is that we can coat on very large surfaces.
